Workforce Workbench

Our platform for workforce optimisation analyses. We upload a client's staff list and model how AI reshapes roles, capacity and cost, how the organisation is structured, and where Microsoft 365 Copilot licences land first. Every figure traces to a cited source or a labelled assumption.

Workforce Workbench is a Davies internal tool. Its figures are modelled estimates, to be validated with the client before decisions are made.
